1) How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the product selected.
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days. In some cases, delivery may take a little longer due to customs or local carrier delays.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it.
Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can request a return after delivery (see return policy below).
