Returns (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

the item must be unused and in the same condition as received

it must include original packaging (when possible)

the return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
To start a return, email us at support@camcolstore.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
For these cases, we may accept returns even if the item has been opened or used, as long as you provide:

clear photos (and/or video) of the item and packaging
We will offer the best solution depending on the case, which may include:

or a partial refund (if agreed)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or once the issue is confirmed for damaged/defective items), we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the item is damaged/defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer another appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons, if applicable. If this applies, it will be stated on the product page or at checkout.
Cancellations
We may be able to cancel your order before it ships.
Once an order has shipped, it can’t be canceled and you must follow the return process after delivery (if eligible).
