Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries in Europe, as well as the United States and Canada.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, we may not be able to ship there at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination:

• Europe: 7–12 business days

• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Wrong Address / Delivery Issues
